Filling Accuracy
The Portioning Transfer Pump is guaranteed to fill a 5-lb tub to an accuracy of +/- 2%, based on testing of sample product at our plant.

Special Features
Stainless Steel pneumatic piston assembly and posative shut-off valvue with adjustable portioning from 1-lb to 6-lb.
The pump is mad primarily of Stainless Steel components assembled onto a Stainless Steel base that includes casters for mobility.
Foot switch actuation of pump.
Removable Stainless Steel enclosure.
3" diameter routing of product, from your vat, through Stainless Steel piping, Stainless Steel filler valve, and Stainless Steel posative shutoff valve.
The current dispensing height is 36" from flor. Customer to specify the dispensing height required.
The current vat connection is 12.5" from fllor to center line. Customer to advise the specific connection required.
Commercially available 3-A approved and stamped Stainless Steel filler valve.
The main filler has only 5 parts to be disassembled and reassembled when cleaning, and no tools required.
